We do a full damage assessment and document everything — photos, measurements, written report.
We submit the repair plan and all supporting documentation directly to your insurer and obtain approval before any work begins.
Repairs are carried out to manufacturer specification. If additional damage is found during disassembly, we submit a supplement to your insurer on your behalf.
We keep you updated throughout — you will never need to chase us for a status.
Your vehicle is returned to you clean, fully inspected, and restored to its pre-accident condition.

Under South African law and the Consumer Protection Act, you are not required to use your insurer's preferred or nominated repairer. You have the right to take your vehicle to any SAMBRA accredited facility of your choice. Simply tell your insurer you are bringing your vehicle to Dent Tech. We handle all communication with them directly from that point. You do not need to visit their preferred repairer first or get a quote from anyone else.
We are an approved preferred repairer for Santam, OUTsurance, Discovery, Hollard, MiWay, and ABSA Insurance. We also work with most other major South African insurers. If your insurer is not on this list, contact us, in most cases we can still handle your claim directly.
